Teaching & Philosophy
Jean Lanphier has been in the dance industry for over 25 years. Jean’s former teaching and dancing experience has given her the vision and desire to develop and implement a dance program for dancers of all ages. Jean's philosophy is to create a positive learning environment, in which each dancer will achieve individual goals, self-motivated work ethic, and self-confidence. Jean’s priority with each dancer is to connect with them on both an instructional and emotional level. |
Curriculum
During the first semester, the classes focus on dance techniques, terms, and different styles of choreography. During the second semester, the emphasis is on dances and skills that will be performed at the recital in May. |
